Brasilia

I live in Brasilia, it's the capital of Brasil and also a big and very beautiful city.

A frontal view of the Planalto PalaceThere are a lot of monuments to see,  Planalto Palace, Cathedral of Brasilia, TV Tower and some others. Planalto Palace was inaugurated in 1960 and desing by Oscar Niemeyer , the same who design the Cathedral of Brasilia, which was inaugurated in 1970. The Planalto Palace looks like an "H" with two bows on each side of it, the left one is turned upside down.

The Cathedral of Brasilia looks like a half-eated apple, has four profets on the entrance, three angels inside it and is made of  16 colunes.

The TV Tower was design by LĂșcio Costa and inaugurated in 1967 with more than 220 meters height. It is placed on the  National Congress, from its top is possible to see a huge area arround it, and from there we can also see the Planalto Palace and the Cathedral.

One bad thing in Brasilia is the transit. It's very slow and in rush time it stops almost completly. Bus stations are another problem, them just were reformed inside the center of Brasilia, outside it, the stations still bad.
