Hey! Good news! I'm going to marry with Catarina 25 of january, the solemnity will be in the Church of Nowhere. The party will be giant, we'll do it @ the club Bluc, so we will invite 1000 persons for this. But neither ever1 will be invited to the ceremony, srry.

A big thanks to every1 who went to see my team in the tournament and celebrated our vitory with us! Today we will do a party at my house and every1 who went is already invited!

Snake

Yesterday, I was trying to remember the years which I have spent in Santa Catarina when I remembered one day in my great grandmother's house.

I, my cousins, uncles and my parents went there I don't remember why, neither my age then.

It was a very little house, in the middle of a ranch. The walls were made of a very old wood, with a lot of holes and pots made of clay against the walls. The house was in the side of a landroad, on the other side of the road was a forest.

While my parents and great grandparents were talking they said to us to go play outside. So we decided to walk by there, following the road. After sometime my cousin saw something beside the road. We walked there and then we saw it.

There was a giant snake. It was huge, completely green, masked with the undergrowth.

When it saw us it tried to attack my cousin, but he jumped away and fell on the ground. We all started screaming and running, then my parents and uncles come and killed the snake.

None of us got injured, but I will never forget that day.

Work as a team

     I've looked into the options to make your employees work better as a team and the best ones are listed below:

     First I thinked on some kind of class. The best class for your situation is acting classes. Them are good because your employees will learn how to work as a team and also feel more secure in conferences. But, in the other hand, it can be very expensive.

     I also thinked on a weekend survival course. It will teach to your employees how to work together and will also teach them how to survive in a forest. The bad side is that some of your employees could not like forests.







      You can also try a two-days diving course. It's very nice and many beautiful photos can be taked on the trip. One good point is the duration of the course, just two days. A drawback is that some of your employees maybe can't swimming.







     I think the first option is the best, this is the one which can teach more useful things to your employees. And I'm shure that you can pay that.

"I live in a big city and the traffic makes me got late to work every day. What could I do to get in work earlier?"

Well, it's a very good question and I am shure a lot of people have this problem too.
 The first option is use transports like subway, doing that you will get earlier in your job, avoid the traffic and also won't make the traffic worse.








Another good option and also more healtly is use a bike to go to your job, you will be more health and will get earlier.

The last one is not so good: You can move to somewhere near to your work,  so you will can get earlier to work.







I think you should choice the 2nd option, it's the best because you will be more healtly and also help the environment. And more, if you do that, other persons can see and try it too.

Brasilia

I live in Brasilia, it's the capital of Brazil and also a big and very beautiful city. Brasilia was inaugurated in 1960, the city looks like a plane looking form the sky sky.

There are a lot of monuments to see, The Congress, The Cathedral of Brasilia and The TV Tower. The Congress was inaugurated in 1960 and desing by Oscar Niemeyer , the same who also design The Cathedral of Brasilia, which was inaugurated in 1970. The National Congress Palace looks like an "H" with two bows on each side of it, the left one is turned upside down.




The Cathedral of Brasilia looks like a half-eaten apple, has four prophets on the entrance, three angels inside it and it is made of 16 columns.




The TV Tower was designed by Lúcio Costa and inaugurated in 1967 with more than 220 meters of height. It is placed on the  National Congress, from its top is possible to see a huge area around it, and from there we can also see The Congress and The Cathedral.

One bad thing in Brasilia is the transit. It's very slow and in rush time it stops almost completely. Bus stations are another problem, them just were reformed inside the center of Brasilia, outside it the bus stations still bad.

Brasilia is a very nice place to live, if you have a smart guide he can told you about shortcuts so you can avoid congestions what makes you enjoy much more your visit.

Cell phones are very useful, since them creation he communication, for long and tiny distances, are easier and faster by messages and also calls.
Cell phones have a lot of good features. First of all, cell phones can call to another phones anywhere, also can send messages and make conferences. Second, since them exist, cell phones becomes smaller and faster, what allow to execute some special programms like games and internet browsers.
Of course cell phones also have a bad side. The first problem is the distraction them create, cell phones have a lot of applications which are very distractives and takes our attention. Second, the best cell phones are to much expensive.
Cell phones are really useful, but them must be used carefuly and don't must be used just for games.
